Not missional. Our actions are missional...not our clothes. I have often found that people who are not Christ-followers are often turned off by Christian slogans on clothing.
Not missional. In fact, it could very likely, in some situations, be anti-missional.
On a funny note, the expression "the shoes of the fisherman" is most commonly used to speak of the Pope, as he walks (metaphorically) the shoes of Peter, the fisherman.

mm, plastic crap that says Jesus on it. Just what we need. This will single-handedly save the contemporary church from disaster and irrelevance.
