Not missional. Our actions are missional...not our clothes. I have often found that people who are not Christ-followers are often turned off by Christian slogans on clothing.
Not missional. In fact, it could very likely, in some situations, be anti-missional.
On a funny note, the expression "the shoes of the fisherman" is most commonly used to speak of the Pope, as he walks (metaphorically) the shoes of Peter, the fisherman.

Hilarious! Got to vote NOT to missional, but yes to creativity.

Marketing yes... missional No.
Yikes!
Not missional...
Nope, not missional and not even attractional.
Absolutely NOT missional, actually counter missional.
Is there someone who will walk behind and rub their foot in the sand to erase the word and instead smile, hug, and engage in conversation?
whoops! I may have sent a couple...didn't mean to do that, sorry :)
Also, I read somewhere that you are in Central PA. Where? I live in Danville, PA. Hope to hear from you. Love your ideas and I have just been affirmed as the Outreach/Mission Director at our church (Mennonite) and we are seeking to become much more externally focused. Thanks!

Not part of the solution, definitely a part of the problem. Nay!
I'm ordering the sunglasses for all my unsaved friends so they can read it and escape the fires of hell.
JK.
It's creative, but definately NOT missional.
Didn't Jesus wear a "I'm God, worship me." Tee-shirt?
NOT!
mm, plastic crap that says Jesus on it. Just what we need. This will single-handedly save the contemporary church from disaster and irrelevance.
or not, either way...
not missional in the least (I love how easily we can affix a label to things).
