Poker Missional?

Yesterday while relaxing playing some online poker, a follow player in the romm asked me, "Are you really a pastor?" (my screen name is PastorJerry)

I said yes I was.

He says, "Thats funny I am too"

we got into a conversation about ministry. I shared this site with him. And now a discussion about what being missional is has begun.

I've also had the chance to pray for people while playing. Others too have visited this site. Several are people who I email back and forth about life things.

Building relationships while relaxing, who'd thunk?

All because of a screen name in a free online poker room.

God certainly uses the simple things to impact others.
