Missional Church Job Board?

Guy Kawasaki has added a job board to his blog and it seems it's a hit.

So here's my question: Is there a need for a Job board to hook up missional moving churches with missional leadership?

Despite the general idea that missional leaders will mostly find homes in organic ministries, there will be established churches in the coming years who will see a need to move to a more missional approach and where will they hook up with missional leadership to guide them?

So what do you think?
