Missional Book Recommendation

I have a book recommendation for you:

A must read for any leader is The Starfish and the Spider: The Unstoppable Power of Leaderless Organizations it is excellent!

If you see a need to move back towards organic models for church, then this book will help give you an understanding of the leadership skills needed to move that way.

Was an easy read - I did it in about 2 days.

I've just picked up "The Long Tail" and "The World is Flat" I'll let you know how both of those are after I finish.
