The Essence of Missional

It’s another quote from Tom Peter’s and boy do I love his stuff. But isn’t this the essence of becoming missional?

If we want our churches to change and to become missional we must first change!

I think many times we don’t see change in our churches because we are unwilling to change. We simply can’t make the choices that lead to our own missional living. And if we can’t change how can we expect our church too?

So here’s my question for you today: What changes must you make before you can expect your church to change?
